This Privacy Policy explains how UXbeam collects, uses, and shares information when you use the UXbeam website and services.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier from Google.
Research and Study Data. We process the content you create, upload, or collect through UXbeam, including study materials, research inputs, participant responses, and analysis results.
Usage and Technical Information. We collect limited technical and usage information about how the website and Service are used, such as pages viewed, referral information, browser or network information, and service logs. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve UXbeam.
Payment and Recruitment Information. When you purchase participant recruitment, we process transaction and order information such as the amount paid, participant quantity, related study, and payment or refund status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored by UXbeam.
Optional Product Diagnostics. With your consent, we may use a session-diagnostics provider to help us troubleshoot technical issues and understand how the signed-in researcher interface is used. You may withdraw that consent through your account settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide and manage the Service;
- process studies and provide research results and analysis;
- maintain the security, reliability, and performance of UXbeam;
- provide customer support;
- send account and service-related communications;
- understand and improve how the Service is used; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising or retargeting.
3. Service Providers and AI Features
We use service providers to support functions such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, participant recruitment, diagnostics, and other technical operations.
Some UXbeam features use third-party artificial-intelligence service providers to process relevant study content or results when you use those features and to provide requested analysis, suggestions, or summaries.
Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect UXbeam, our users, participants, or others.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
UXbeam uses essential cookies or similar technologies where needed to provide features such as account authentication.
Optional tools may use cookies or similar technologies when enabled or consented to.
We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes.
You may delete your account through your Account page. Some information may remain for a limited period in backups, where required for security or legal purposes, or in de-identified form.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, or request deletion of that information.

You must be at least 18 years old to create or operate a UXbeam account.
UXbeam is not directed to children. Researchers who conduct studies involving minors are responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required by applicable law.
